I'm not sure who Broncho Bill is but I think the elephants were the George Lockhart elephants in England. Does anyone agree or disagree?

"Broncho Bill's" real name was John Swallow and he had his own show in England originally based on Buffalo Bill's tour of Europe but changed to a tented circus. You're right, these are the Lockhart elephants, he bought them around 1922.
