Ammo cages
This was taken at Circus World in Florida. At one time this cage still had a leopard in it at Circus World. Where were all these cages located after the close of the Big One under canvas? Were these all at the Deitch Zoo in New Jersey for the Madison Square Garden dates?

Bob, The number 74 was painted on at Circus World as the real 74 was at the Circus Hall of Fame. Notice also that the CW crew covered the small windows on the front and back of the cage. Probably didn't want anything that the kiddies who would be climbing all over these wagon might get hurt on. Dom
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.
