The show had another bannerline made of very large sheet metal panels that were hinged together. They had bought when they got one of the trucks from a carnival. It was extremely heavy and hard to put together. A real monster . I don't think they had any intention of using it on the road and I don't know what happened to it
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.
