Hurry, Hurry, Hurry!
Friday Oct. 29th, 2010 brings the closing of the Circus World Museum's summer season. While the Museum is closed until next spring, the Robert Parkinson Research Library is alive and well all winter. http://circusworld.wisconsinhistory.org/
So Bob, are you planning a move to Baraboo in the near future? They are looking for a director for the library!
I'm afraid my liberal arts degree in technical theater (BA) might not qualify me for that position, but with your knowledge and experience, I'd think you stand a fair chance!?!
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.

Technically speaking, I do not have a Master's Degree, let alone Archival Accreditation.
