Circus Hall of Fame
Here is a copy of the Bill of Sale from the Ringling show to the Circus Hall of Fame. The original copy is at the Circus World Museum Library. You should be able to double click it and have it enlarge enough to read it well.

Are there other "bill of sales" in the CWM files of the wagons and other equipment that were saved before the quarters closed? I have always been a fan of RBBB's canvas days and when visiting Hugo, Dory showed us the Ringling stake driver they purchased, the generator sets, etc. Always wonder what went to the Ringling Museum also. p.j.
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.

Hi P.J.,
Yes, there were many Bills of Sale in the Ringling archives including the Ringling Museums. I made a copy of them all.
