Bob, Immediately upon seeing your post I ordered the book. It arrived yesterday. Stupendous! Truly amazing! Wonderful! I could go on and on and I have only flipped through it so far. What an incredible documentation. It's worth many times the sale price. Thanks for putting out the word!!!!!
