It's one of those "radar" wagons like the ones that were on RBBB. CWM turned a couple of them into office wagons for the Milwaukee parades, complete with air conditioning. I believe one was white and one was orange. Flint
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.

yep,I recognize that wagon...
It's a former RAS Radar wagon - was used as the lot office in 1974
think this is the wagon that has been the walenda wagon or the GCP office wagon over the years
