John Robinson Circus

These are some more of the Blackhawk Films slides. I have three different sets of the circus posters. Many of them are duplicated in two of the sets. Also, I don't think I have the complete sets of two of the groups as I only have 13 in one set and 12 in the other while the best set of posters I have has 24 slides in it.
I have spent some time on the internet looking for information on the Blackhawk films. Most of it is generic information. None of the Poster sets offer any clue as to where the posters were at that were photographed. Fortunately, they have three different sets of code numbers to keep them seperated.

Bob, all the Blackhawk posters are all from the Library of Congress.

Thank you for the information Mr. Flint.

Do you have any idea how many slides were in these sets? How many different sets did they create? When were they produced?

Look on the Library of Congress web site and type in circus posters in the search section. About 115 will show up. Lots of examples of the rare Courier lithos along with many Strobriges, etc.
