CWM Water wagon

Does anybody remember where this wagon came from? Did it have a carnival or circus background?

Bob- This one came from a lumber company from somewhere around Oshkosh, WI. The Museum painted it white and lettered it up with the Barnum & Bailey title. CWM used it for years to water down the dusty areas on the grounds.In fact we took it to Milwaukee on the train once or twice. What a fiasco that turned out to be!
