We are fortunate
We had the amazing experience of having a hail storm that lasted for well over 30 minutes yesterday in the middle of 105 degree temperatures. Most of the hail was golf ball sized. While it cooled things off, the storms also took down trees, damaged vehicles and of course took out the power to many. While we lost our power yesterday afternoon and then again last night, we were only out for about three hours total, far better than many in Chesterfield County that are still without power.
