The "Texas"
Was this on the John Robinson Show at one time? It seems to me that I have read it that before. Needless to say, Jim and I were quite surprised to see this sitting on the shores of the Mighty Baraboo.
That's a 6 wheel truck , heavyweight car -- Robinson's show was before these things were ever made , I believe --- I'm betting that was a Chappie thing for the museum back when he got that car --- maybe Tim can shed some light .
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.
