A good friend sent these to me the other day. Since a lot of watermelons are grown here in these parts, I thought you might like to see what was inside all of these watermelons.

So --- you guys sit around after supper , carving watermelons ???? Right . I notice there are no seeds in any of these pics ---- do you M.C.s ( melon carvers ) suck them out with a vacuum cleaner , or how ??? I'm beginning to understand why the South lost the civil war. Do ya'll ( Southern language) make watermelon pie ?? Watermelon bread ??? Watermelon pudding ???? And I'll bet you take the watermelon rinds and use them for something -- probably smoking -- am I right ??
BOB;
I have a son-in-law that does this same thing. He lives in Tupeleo, Miss.
These are fantastic peices of art. My neighbor actually does ice block carvings for weddings and parties. Pretty amazing.
