Located in a suburb of Milwaukee, the New Berlin West High School has make Newsweek Magazine's list of "Top 1000 High Schools in America" for six years running. The 60 -member group directed by Mark Grauer is debuting new blue and gold uniforms. Drum Major Katie Hausmann is a member of the 2009 Bands of America National Honor Band appearing in the Tournament of Roses Parade. The New Berlin West Band recently performed for the American School Band Directors Association's Convention .
