The Russell Bros. Circus was owned by Claude and Pauline Webb from 1928 to 1943. They originated as Webb Bros. Circus and then changed the name. I believe I have enough stuff to continue this over the next couple days including the new ownership by Art Concello in 1944 and the addition of Clyde Beatty's famed Lion and Tiger act.Tuesday, August 05, 2008
