Herbie Head's Stake Driver
Herb's original stake driver unit now sits on a shelf instead of rotting in the Winter Quarters fields somewhere. ( Patrick Wentzel was kind enough to furnish these model photos )
Looks like the winterquarter's crew has just finished changing out the front gear. Still need to paint and pinstripe the new gear. This wagon (#10)appears shorter then the following wagon (#89) in the next photo. How many of the three headed drivers did Curtis build?
