According to the excellent documentation that Mr. Fred Dahlinger compiled while he was at the CWM, this car was built in 1911 by Barney and Smith. It served on the Milwaukee Rail Road as car # 1025.
In 1964 the car was given to the CWM as a a gift from the CMStP&P Railroad. ( the internet recognizes the Railroad abbreviations as Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad. )
His final note indicates the car hasn't been used since the 1980's.
anyone know the History on this car???
