United States Bandwagon
Originally built in 1903 by the Bode Wagon Co. of Cincinnati, Ohio, this wagon spent it's entire life under the Ringling title. Used in the Ringling parades from 1903 till 1918, and then on the Ringling / Barnum parades in 1919 and 1920, it then went to the Bridgeport winter quarters where it remained until 1927. When the Bridgeport quarters were abandoned in favor of the Gulf Coast of Florida, this wagon was taken to Sarasota where it eventually rotted away.
This photo came from Chappie Fox's book, "A ticket to the Circus" on page 82.
