I Hope you had a good weekend!
Well this doesn't have anything to do with the circus, but it's been a wild weekend with the grandchildren first raking leaves and jumping in the piles all afternoon yesterday with the boys then to having our seven week old grandaughter come spend last night and this morning with us at Church before they had to head home. Whew, I need a nap!

You look like a happy Grandpa, Bob. And your grandaughter is cute-cute-cute.
This is what it's all about Bob ---- all the rest is nonsense ---You look ten years younger just holding her ---- That would make you only 86 years old , and your smile while holding her is worth another 3 or 4 years off too !
I know you ain`t gonna spoil her either ! Sure glad her looks don`t come from grandpa, she`s beautiful Bob !!! We`ll try to get together before Christmas, Kathy & I may ride up on the 11th and bring our grands with us.
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.

So just who is happier?
Perfectly beautiful granddaughter. Bring her up here and we'll spoil her some more.
Bob: It's great to see you so happy at your "advanced" age.
All best wishes- Whitey/Dave, your senior by ten or fifteen years.
