Jim, The video says going through Richfield, Wisconsin but it didn't mentiona year. Based on the research I've done, it has to be from 1998 to 2002 as there is only 1 stock car at the end. Flatcar #3 didn't go in 2003. While the load doesn't match my records, that goes to show how much wrong information was out there. Bob
P.J. The last time the train was used was in 2003. They had pulled every whistle they could to allow the railroad to move it again.
None of these cars can pass a RR inspection due to their age and deterioration.
They have some new system flats that were given to them but they aren't decked for wagons to travel on and sadly there isn't any place wanting to fund the great parade. Bob
I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.

So what is the status of the train these days? When did it last run, and are there any plans to use it again any time soon?
