- I performed from 1973 to 1995 with a couple years off in between. I did an aerial cradle act for three years, low wire as a clown, trained llamas, ponies, then lions and tigers for 15 years. I am now a firefighter, a member of the Circus Historical Society and an author of several circus and carnival related subjects.

Say Hal , do you remember the song , " Bingo , bango , bongo , I don't want to leave the Congo" ? --- what with all the old movies you've been quoting , I thought you might recall some old songs Too !
Gee Jim, Can`t say that I remember that one. Are you sure that wasen`t before the "Talkies" and those words weren`t written and you read them while the piano music played? It sure sounds older than I am !
